Refund Policy for Bookable Services

  • All sales are final.
  • Customers may request a refund for bookings up to 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. Refund requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be accepted.

Since our services are intangible and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
